Practicing a wide range of massage and spa therapies, Suzanne gently massages body tissues to work through layers of built-up tension. From biodynamic craniosacral therapy to various spa treatments, she selects the best treatment modalities to relax, energize, and cleanse the body and mind. These carefully selected therapy combinations, customized to meet each client’s individual needs, promote deep release of tension and pain and enhanced awareness.

Each treatment session starts with Suzanne meditating on her connection with the client as she begins the massage therapy. Following the body’s story, she applies successive treatment therapies to achieve the best results for each client.

Biodynamic craniosacral therapy works with the body structure and nervous system to integrate health into all body systems and create profound relaxation. Suzanne incorporates polarity therapy as a comprehensive system of harnessing the body’s underlying energy force to promote the health of organ systems and create a sense of well-being. Spa treatments, such as hot stone massage, salt exfoliation, warm mud treatment, and raindrop essential oil treatment, can be used to further enhance relaxation and well-being. 

Suzanne creates her own oils for treatments from nutritional oils infused with organic herbs grown in her garden. The aroma of these distinctive oils, combined with displays of original work by local artists and the gentle vibrations of tuning forks during treatment, creates an environment of complete relaxation.

Suzanne Getz studied at the Polarity Institute of Northern Virginia and learned cross-fiber massage from its originator, Marge Kapsos. She received biodynamic craniosacral training at the Colorado School of Energy Studies. Suzanne has 20 plus years of experience and continually seeks training in new techniques to better serve her clients’ needs.
